Dorothy Naomi "Johnson" Lippincott (My Mom) & Doris "Nitchman" Atkins taken in 1936 they were about 16 years old.
Doris "Nitchman" Atkins - 1936 Mom and Doris were best friends growing up in Groveville, after growing up and marring they still remained good friends, Mom married Ken Lippincott and Doris married Harold "Cy" Atkins. Both families were very active in the Groveville United Methodist Church and the community. Below are two Christmas cards Doris and Cy sent to Mom and Dad, and Mom always saved them.
